"I thought some of the items were..."
I thought some of the items were really cute, but the quality wasn’t totally consistent. A few pieces had fabric that felt cheap, while others looked nicer in person. The sizing was mostly okay, but I was expecting clearer instructions or guidance to help figure out what to order. Overall, not horrible, just not quite as good as I was hoping.

"Packaging was literally better than expected"
My order showed up packed really nicely, like everything was neat and nothing was squished or torn. The bag was sealed properly, and the clothes were folded well too. i wasn’t expecting much, but it literally arrived looking clean and not messy at all

"Cute deals, even if I’m torn on switching"
I’ve ordered from PrettyLittleThing USA a few times now, and the prices keep pulling me back. I’m usually loyal to another brand I’ve shopped with for years, so I always feel a little weird cheating on my usual go-to, but when PLT has a sale, it’s hard to pass up. I can usually put together a whole outfit without spending a ton.
Not everything is a total win, and some pieces definitely feel better quality than others, but for what I’m paying, I usually feel like it’s worth it. I still compare it to my old favorite store, but PLT has been solid for cute, affordable stuff and easy deals

"Super quick and helpful support"
Customer service got back to me really fast and sorted out my issue without any hassle. Definitely a good experience overall, and I’d recommend them if you need quick help

"Cute pieces, but the sizing was all over the place"
They had some really cute stuff, but the fit was kind of weird. I had to try on a few different sizes because nothing felt consistent, which was annoying. Also, the queue took forever, so by the time I got to check out I was already over it.

"Refund sorted so quickly"

"Delivery can be hit or miss"
I’ve ordered from PrettyLittleThing USA a few times, and the clothes have usually arrived in decent condition, so no major complaints there. The delivery timing is just kind of unpredictable. One order showed up earlier than I expected, but another took almost two weeks and barely had any tracking updates, so that part was weird.
It’s not the worst experience, but I definitely wouldn’t order last minute if I needed an outfit for an event. It’s fine if you’re not in a rush and don’t mind checking the tracking a lot, but I’d give yourself extra time just in case.

"Actually had my size in stock"
I was surprised they had my size available and it was easy to find. The process was hassle-free overall. Maybe the selection could’ve been a little easier to browse, but it wasn’t a big deal.
